Information handled
If you contact Tropiro by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and message. We use it to respond, evaluate research or product-development conversations, and maintain the resulting business correspondence.
The hosting service may process ordinary request data needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs. Tropiro does not currently add its own analytics or tracking cookies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and email providers needed to operate the site and communicate. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legal obligations, and security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent directly to Tropiro by emailing founder@tropiro.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where legally required.
Before product launch
This notice covers the marketing website only. Before Tropiro handles customer assessment data or launches accounts, it will publish product-specific terms, security commitments, subprocessors, and retention controls.
